Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack the footwear in its original brand box, placed inside a separate shipping mailer to avoid damage to the product packaging.
Inspection and Refund
Once our team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to the original payment method, minus applicable restocking or shipping fees.
